One JERK You Need To Be Aware Of…
You may or may not have noticed a non typical absence of a new blog post here over the past couple of weeks… Well even a guy who purposely lives his life drama and worry free runs into obstacles and jerks from time to time. Which is the inspiration for this post… We’re gonna talk law… that’s right law.
To live in a society and to get the best out of that experience it’s best that you know the law of the land… wouldn’t you agree? I mean if you didn’t know it was illegal to drive 100 mph down a particular road that could potentially cost you some serious cash or worse. If you didn’t know that flashing lights from the police car behind you meant to pull over you could be in for some serious pain! So I think we can all agree on that to get the best out of life and reduce the amount of pain we’d go through we should probably know the law of the land… This one could cost you your life so read on…
The law we’re going to talk about is a different type of law… it’s one of those unwritten ones. Like if you ask your wife if you can go to the boom boom room with the fellas and she says “Do whatever, I don’t care”… you’re going to come home to one angry human being… This law is very similar to that as it can cause you serious pain but it’s one very few have ever avoided. The law is called Murphy’s Law…
Murphy’s Law, as defined by freedictionary.com, is any of certain humorous axioms stating that anything that can possibly go wrong, will go wrong. Sound familiar? I’ve heard about this so called law a few times through out my life and started to take notice a bit more later on as I began to take on more responsibility. Some people call it the devil, some call it bad luck, Jonnelle and I call it Murphy… something we adopted from listening to Dave Ramsey for sometime.
But anyway Murphy is one of those things that is seemingly always lurking in the background and just when you’re getting ready to make great positive moves he jumps out of nowhere and hit you with something “unexpected”. Things like, needed a new tire for the car, unexpected medical bill, stupid traffic ticket, kids need something for school, started a new business and distractions come out of nowhere, and the beat goes on.
Is it just me that these things have happened to!?
I mean everything just can be going PERFECT and you’ve got big plans for your money, life, and career and then BAM!!! What the heezey!? For some people it’s BAAAAAAM BAAAAAAAAAAAM KA-BLOOOOOOEY… FML!!! Those people are the ones who sometimes appear to never get a break… You know, the “sh*t rolls down hill” or “when it rains it pours” crowd… Are you in that crowd? Want to know who’s behind it all? Well that’s Murphy and I wanted to give you a heads about him if you weren’t already acquainted with him.
As always there’s good news… You don’t have to be shook up by Murphy. I’m serious! You know how some people never really seem be effected by anything, have the best luck, and everything they touch seems as if something magical happens!? You see Murphy HATES these people because believe it or not there is a such thing as Murphy repellent. REALLY!
Murphy has allergies and you can get rid of Murphy if you know what they are.
